Women’s Takeover Ladder Match Qualifier Set For Tonight’s NXT
March 11, 2020Another woman will punch her ticket to Tampa tonight.
At NXT TakeOver: Tampa, six-woman will battle in a ladder match to become the number one contender to the NXT women’s Champion. We learned last week that Chelsea Green will be in the match after she defeated Shotzi Blackheart last week. Tonight we will know who the second qualifier will be.
As announced this morning on WWE’s The Bump, Mia Yim will go one-on-one with Dakota Kai. The winner will advance to the ladder match in Tampa on April 4th.

To be honest this match is a little disappointing not because we would not want to see these two women in a singles match, but would have liked to see both of these women in the ladder match itself. With these two women facing off tonight now only one of them will be in the ladder match.
Tonight’s NXt is a special show as it comes to us from the WWE Performance Center since the arena at Full Sil is not available this week.
