Title Match Added To Tonight’s Supersized Smackdown

October 15, 2021 0 By Tim Jarrell

Titles will be on the line tonight.

Tonight is the supersized Friday Night Smackdown on FS1. The show will actually be two and a half hours with the final half-hour airing commercial-free. A number of big matches have been announced for the show and now a title match will be taking place tonight.

WWE has announced that the Smackdown Tag Team Championships will be on the line tonight when The Usos defend their title against the Street Profits.

Before they bring the smoke to Monday Night Raw, The Street Profits are stepping back into The Uso Penitentiary one more time to take on The Bloodline for the SmackDown Tag Team Titles.

Montez Ford & Angelo Dawkins’ rivalry with The Usos is deep-seated, with Jimmy and Jey successfully defending their titles in a show-stealing match at WWE Extreme Rules. Since then, the titleholders have managed to evade the smoke and hold on to their championship, thanks to a little help from their cousin, Universal Champion Roman Reigns.

Will a full-strength Street Profits avoid the Bloodline’s antics and finally reclaim The Usos’ gold on their way to Monday nights? Tune in to a special two-and-a-half hour Supersized SmackDown on FS1 at 8/7c to find out!

With this title match being added to the show, this now makes five things for tonight’s show.

– Smackdown Tag Team Championship: The Usos(c) vs Street Profits
– King Of The Ring 2nd Round Match: Finn Balor vs Sami Zayn
– Queen’s Crown 2nd Round Match: Zelina Vega vs Carmella
