Tampa Officials Reportedly Not Forcing WWE To Postpone WrestleMania
March 12, 2020At this time WrestleMania is on as scheduled.
Today major Tampa officials were set to meet on possibly banning large events in the city due to the virus outbreak. It was reported that Vice McMahon was on hand at the meeting and it looks as if plans are not changing at this time.
According to Tony Maglio of The Warp, he reports that Tampa officials will not cancel WrestleMania at this time.
It was told to us this morning that WWE did have a backup plan in place for the scheduled WrestleMania matches but at the time of this writing it looks as if WrestleMania is on as scheduled.
With that, if we do hear of any changes to the current plan we will keep you updated.
