Smackdown will take place tomorrow in Orlando.

Late Wednesday it was reported that WWE was moving this week’s Smackdown from Detroit to the Performance Center in Orlando. WWE then quick shot that reports down with a statement to ESPN saying the show will be in Detroit but they have a backup plan in place if it is needed.

Thursday Afternoon, WWE then released a statement confirming that Smackdown will in fact come to us from the Performance Center in Orlando.

“Friday Night SmackDown on March 13 will air live as regularly scheduled and emanate from WWE’s training facility in Orlando, Florida with only essential personnel in attendance. The event was originally scheduled in Detroit, Michigan.”

The only things announced so far this week on Smackdown are the appearances of John Cena, Paige, and Jeff Hardy. It is unclear if any of the three will still be on the show and who is and is not considered ‘essential personnel.’
