BREAKING NEWS: Major Opponent Named For Bryan Danielson On The Rampage Buy-In
October 12, 2021Danielson gets dream match sooner than expected.
It was revealed earlier today that AEW will run a buy-in preshow for Rampage this Friday night on YouTube. The buy-in will start at 9pm ET and in doing so AEW will go head-to-head with Friday Night Smackdown for an hour and a half instead of just 30 minutes. Khan stated that Byan Danielson and Bobby Fish will compete but originally opponents for the two were not announced. That is until now.
Tony Khan took to social media to announced that on the Rampage Buy-In, Bryan Danielson will take on New Japan Pro Wrestling star Minoru Suzuki. Yes, you heard that right, Bryan Danielson versus Minoru Suzuki in AEW and free on YouTube. This match will mark Suzuki’s third match in All Elite Wrestling. Respectfully this will be Danielson’s fourth AEW match.

As far as this Friday for AEW does go, three matches have been announced for Rampage on TNT and two for the Buy-in on YouTube.
– CM Punk vs. Matt Sydal
– Ruby Soho vs. The Bunny
– Chris Jericho, Jake Hager & Sammy Guevara vs. Ethan Page, Scorpio Sky & Junior Dos Santos
– Buy-In Match: Bryan Danielson vs. Minoru Suzuki
– Buy-In Match: Bobby Fish vs. TBA
