Former Intercontinental Champion Signs New Deal With WWE

WWE has re-signed another big name.

Over the last few years since AEW started, people have been looking at contracts in WWE a lot closer, especially guys who some think could leave WWE for AEW. One name that was talked about in that vein recently was Kevin Owens and it was revealed that Owens signed a new deal and is staying with WWE. Now we know of another star staying with WWE.

Back in December, it was reported by Dave Meltzer that the word in WWE was that Sami Zayn had signed a new deal as well, yet Meltzer did state he was not able to fully confirm it at the time. Now, according to a new report from Fightful, they report that Zany has in fact signed a new deal with WWE. The reports state that it was known the two sides were negotiating but that Zayn was keeping those negotiations private.

It is great to see that Sami Zayn has signed a new deal with WWE yet it is not known how long the deal Zayn has signed is for. If we do hear anything else on Zayn and his new deal with WWE, we will have it here and on the PWUnlimited YouTube Channel.
