First Title Match Officially Announced For The Royal Rumble
January 4, 2022The beast has his first challenger.
This past weekend at WWE Day 1 the four-way for the WWE Title became a five-way when Brock Lesnar was added to the match. In the end, Lesnar himself ended up pinning Big E and becoming the new WWE Champion. Tonight on RAW, that original four-way took place with the winner getting a shot at the WWE Championship.
In a match that went over 18 minutes was just as good as the match that took place this past weekend. It saw Kevin Owens and Seth Rollins working together as well as Big E and Lashley showing their strength and dominance. Yet in the end, it was the strength and dominance of Bobby Lashley that was too much for his other three opponents. The match ended with Lashley hitting a spear on Owens, pinning him, and earning a shot at the WWE Championship at the Royal Rumble.
With this match being announced that makes four matches officially set so far for the Royal Rumble on January 29th. If we do hear anything else regarding the 2022 Royal Rumble, we will have it here and on the PWUnlimited YouTube Channel.
