Is Clash of Champions just a SummerSlam re-do?

Coming up on September 27th is WWE Clash of Champions and tonight the first match for the show has been set. Tonight on Monday Night RAW WWE held a series of matches to get a new, or so they say new, challenger for WWE Champion Drew McIntyre. Yet this challenger is nothing new to McIntyre.

On tonight’s RAW, we saw three singles matches where Keith Lee defeated Dolph Ziggler. We then saw Randy Orton defeated Kevin Owens and Seth Rollins defeat Dominik Mysterio. The three winners then faced off in the main event in a triple threat match. The finish saw Keith Lee hit Rollins with a Spirit Bomb and then Orton hit Lee with an RKO and then Orton pinned Rollins to win the match. Now Randy Orton will once again get a shot at the WWE Championship.

WWE Clash of Champions comes to us on Sunday, September 27th live on the WWE Network and this is the first match announced for the show.
