Commentary Team Set For Next Week’s WWE NXT
September 2, 2020We have some good news for next week’s NXT.
Over the last two episodes of NXT, we have seen former WWE Superstar Wade barret join the commentary table. He did the show with Vic Joseph and Beth Phoenix and fans have seen this as a positive for the brand after they lost Mauro Ranallo. It was first stated that Barrett would only be doing a one-shot and then he came back next week. Now it looks like he is back more.
Next week NXT will be on Tuesday again and the main event will be Finn Balor versus Adam Cole for the vacant NXT Championship. WWE announced this on social media and Barrett responded saying he will be on next week’s show yet again.

It was also recently reported that Barrett and WWE are negotiating him coming back full time to do commentary on NXT but nothing has been reached yet.
