Cage Match Set For Next Week’s NXT
September 1, 2020Two women will fight in a solid steel cage.
For months now rhea Ripley has been at her wits end with the Robert Stone Brand. Robert Stone and his brand have been a thorn in her side and a few weeks ago when she and Shotzi Blackheart defeated Aliyah and Mercedez Martinez it seemed like she was done with them.
Last week when Ripley was teaming with Io Shirai in a tag team match, Martinez would come down and yank Ripley off the apron. This would once again anger the former NXT Women’s Champion. Then tonight on NXT Ripley would challenge Martinez to a match next week inside a steel cage so no one else can get involved. Later Martinez would except and the match is now on.

Next week NXT will once again come to us on a Tuesday night. We also know that there will be an overtime NXT Title match next week between Finn Balor and Adam Cole.
