WWE Superstar Reveals They Have Asked For Their Release

More people want out of WWE.

In 2021 WWE released 80 wrestlers from the company and they released even more wrestlers and staff at the start of 2022. Most of the releases were made by WWE themselves except for the release of Toni Storm where it was reported she asked for the release and was granted it. Now another WWE Superstar has come forward revealing that they have asked for their release from the company.

Sunday morning Mustafa Ali actually took to social media to reveal that he has asked for his release from WWE. Ali posted a video stating that he has a message he wants to deliver but can not do so while in WWE.

I have a message that is much bigger than my dreams in pro wrestling. Despite my best efforts, I will not be able to deliver this message while working with WWE. Therefore, I am requesting my release from WWE.

As of this writing, no word has come out as far as if Ali has been granted his release from WWE or not. One would think that with all the releases over the last two years and WWE granting Toni Storm hers last month that the company would give Ali his.
