WWE Signs Another Superstar To A New Five-Year Deal

WWE has been really locking down their roster lately.

We have heard over the last month that a number of WWE Superstars have signed new five-year contracts with the WWE. We learned this week that all of The New Day and the Street Profits signed new deals. Now we have learned that Dana Brooke is the latest to sign one of those five-year deals.

While speaking with Sports Illustrated, Brooke talked about standing out within the women’s division and moving to Smackdown. Brooke also said that 2020 will be the year people see a different side of her.

“You have to make the most of any time you are given, and any opportunity I’m given, whether it was as Charlotte Flair’s protégé, standing up against Ronda Rousey, being the statistician of Titus Worldwide, I want to show my range. I’m willing to embrace anything that is thrown my way. Coming into 2020 and transitioning onto SmackDown, it’s a fresh start for me. I just signed a new five-year deal in WWE, and part of my goal is to build my own personal brand. And women empowerment is a key in the success of my career and a key for WWE. We can do what the male wrestlers have done over the years, and now women are finally being given that chance. That also means that I get the chance to show what I can do, and I really believe that 2020 is going to be the year that people see a different side of me.”

Dana Brooke has been seen more on television recently since the WWE Draft. Brooke was on  Team Smackdown at Survivor Series, last week she took on Smackdown Women’s Champion Bayley and will take on Bayley again tonight.

Congratulations to Dana Brooke for getting a new contract with WWE and sticking around for at least five more years.
