WWE Releases Statement Regarding KKK Audience Member During RAW
August 25, 2020Fans in the ThunderDome think they are clever and they are not.
Three times now we have seen the WWE ThunderDome and the virtual fans in the dome. We heard over the weekend that some fans had been banned from appearing on the screens again for various reasons. Yet last night WWE had some really bad issues with fans that they had to address publically.
Last night during RAW a fan dressed in a KKK costume and waved a Confederate flag. The fan was seen during the main event and WWE released the following statement on the situation to Pro Wrestling Sheet,
βThis abhorrent behavior does not reflect WWEβs values and we have zero tolerance for these unacceptable acts. We are working to ban those involved from future events and per our policies, any inappropriate actions result in the removal from the live stream.β
Other issues we have seen with the virtual was on using a picture of Chris Benoit and another holding up a sign that read “Fire Velveteen Dream”. These are not going to be the last time fans try to pull stunts like this in the ThunderDome and WWE will just have to ban more people.
