WWE Makes Major NXT Announcement Connected To CW Move

August 6, 2024 2 By Tim Jarrell

NXT is stepping things up on CW.

Coming up on October 1st WWE will move NXT off of the USA Network and over to The CW. Many have asked what WWE could do with to make things feel fresh and new with this move. Now we know one major thing they will be doing and NXT is going on the road.

Today Shawn Michaels announced with NXT moving to the CW they will be taking the show on the road. The first episode will be on October 1st and come to us from the Allstate Arena in Chicago. The next week on October 8th, the show will come to us from the Enterprise Center in St Louis. Both of these are major arenas that can fit over 20,000 people so these will not be some small venue shows.

So far these are the only two locations announced and at this time it is not known if they will be on the road every single week after these first two shows on The CW. NXT weekly programming has always been run and produced from a small studio starting out at Full Sail University before moving to the WWE Performance Center in 2020.

Anyone interested in possibly going to either of these shows you can sign up here for pre-sale information for both shows.

If we do hear anything further on NXT going on the road weekly following the move to The CW, we will have it here and on the PWUnlimited YouTube Channel.
