WWE Hall Of Famer Arrested For Weapons Possession & Terroristic Threats

It seems like every six months or so news comes out that Tammy Sytch, the former Sunny, has been arrested for one reason or another. This morning, news came out that she has been arrested again in New Jersey.
According to a new report from TMZ, they report that Sytch was arrested Thursday morning for allegedly unlawfully possessing a weapon and making terroristic threats in New Jersey. Court record state that the arrested took place in Keansburg, NJ around 11 am and Sytch was taken to the Monmouth County jail.
The NJ statute reads … “A person is guilty of a crime of the third degree if he threatens to commit any crime of violence with the purpose to terrorize another or to cause evacuation of a building, place of assembly, or facility of public transportation, or otherwise to cause serious public inconvenience, or in reckless disregard of the risk of causing such terror or inconvenience.”
As far as the threats themselves, the nature of them are currently not known at this time. The threats are said to be in the fourth degree and if convicted on those charges, she could get one year of jail time.
As far as the weapons charges, they are classified as third degree, and if convicted on it that could land her three to five years of jail time.
