WWE Books Goldberg For More Shows
July 23, 2021Goldberg is working more dates leading to SummerSlam.
This past Monday on RAW we saw the return of Bill Goldberg. He came back and confronted WWE Champion Bobby Lashley that he is next. This is all to set up a championship match between the two at SummerSlam in Las Vegas.
The official WWE website now has Goldberg listed for multiple upcoming Monday Night RAW events. He is set for the RAW on August 2nd from the Allstate Arena in Chicago. He is also set for the August 16th RAW from the AT&T Center in San Antonio. The August 16th show is the final RAW before SummerSlam.
From these listings, it looks like Goldberg will be working RAW every other week leading to SummerSlam. Goldberg is not listed for the July 26th show in Kansas City and the August 9th RAW in Orlando.
Once this match takes place at SummerSlam, that could be it for Goldberg in 2021. Goldberg’s current contract has it where he must work two matches a year and he already worked one back at the Royal Rumble when he challenged Drew McIntyre for the WWE Championship.
