WWE Announces Title Match For Extreme Rules

Coming up on September 26th is the WWE Extreme Rules pay-per-view. So far four matches have been announced for the show. Thursday, WWE announced another title match for the show.
WWE has officially announced that Roman Reigns will defend the Universal Championship at Extreme Rules against none other than Finn Balor. Last Friday on Smackdown Roman reigns was successful in defending his title against Balor. With no real reason to do so, WWE just randomly announced that this rematch will be coming. At the conclusion of the previous match, WWE did tease Balor’s “Demon” persona with a quick flash of red lights and sound effects.
At WWE Extreme Rules, Roman Reigns will battle Finn Bálor in a highly anticipated rematch for the Universal Championship.
It has been a hard road for Bálor since reemerging on SmackDown. After having a SummerSlam title match stolen from him, the determined first-ever Universal Champion returned to reclaim the gold he never lost when he battled Reigns for the title on the Sept. 3 edition of the blue brand.
Although The Head of the Table emerged victorious over The Prince, the win was far from uncontroversial, having come after Bálor suffered a vicious pre-match attack at the hands of The Usos. As a result of the assault, Bálor will receive another opportunity at the Universal Championship at WWE Extreme Rules.

With this match being announced, that is now five matches that we know of for the pay-per-view. WWE Extreme Rules comes to us on Sunday, September 26th, and if we do hear anything else regarding the show, we will have it here and on the PWUnlimited YouTube Channel.
