Update On Braun Strowman’s Injury Status, Strowman Comments
December 15, 2019It looks like good news is not what we have regarding Strowman.
It was reported earlier in the week that Braun Strowman was dealing with an injury and his status for WWE TLC was unclear. The original plan for Strowman at TLC was to challenge Shinsuke Nakamura for the Intercontinental Championship. This was tested and the seed was planted for it a few weeks back but now that match can not take place.
According to Dave Meltzer on the latest Wrestling Observer Radio, he does report that at this time the match at TLC is not happening because Strowman is currently not cleared to compete. Meltzer did not have any more info on Strowman’s status at the time of recording. Hopefully, Strowman can help up over the next month in time for the January 26th Royal Rumble.
Strowman himself though actually took to Instagram to confirm he is dealing with some sort of injury.
