Two Matches Announced For January 1 Dynamite

AEW announced title match and more or “Homecoming” edition of Dynamite.

Tonight on AEW Dynamite two big matches were announced for All Elite Wrestling’s return to Jacksonville. A title match and a rematch from Fyter Fest are set. First off, during tonight’s AEW Dynamite there was a number one contender’s match for the AEW Women’s World Championship. In the match, we saw Kris Statlander defeat Britt Baker to earn the title shot. She will get her match with the champion Riho on January 1st.

Also on tonight’s show, Cody and Darby Allin were able to defeat The Buther and The Blade. With Allin helping Cody he asked for a rematch from their time limit drawback at Fyter Fest. With the two victorious tonight now the two will meet in two weeks on Dynamite to see who is really the better pro wrestler.

AEW Dynamite will not air next week as Christmas falls on Wednesday this year. AEW will return to TNT in two weeks with the “Homecoming” edition of Dynamite from Daily Place in Jacksonville, Florida.
