Special Theme Planned For This Year’s Survivor Series
October 20, 2020Survivor Series will be themed around one legend.
Since 1987 WWE has run Survivor Series every November. The show is usually based around groups of wrestlers against other groups of wrestlers. For the last few years or so the show has been built around brand versus brand. One of the biggest things in history tied to Survivor Series is that The Undertaker made his debut at Survivor Series 30 years ago. It looks like this year’s Survivor Series will focus on the 30 years of The Undertaker.
According to WrestleVotes on Twitter, they report that Survivor Series this year on November 22nd, the show will be built around the 30th Anniversary of The Undertaker. The report states that Undertaker will appear live on the show but will not be wrestling on the show.
The upcoming 11/22 Survivor Series PPV will be built around the 30th Anniversary of The Undertaker, including him making a live appearance on the show.
A source states as of now, The Undertaker will not be wrestling at the event.

One would assume that just like the past few years, RAW vs Smackdown matches will be a focal point of the matches on the show. They can also add NXT Superstars to the show as well like they did last year with Survivor Series.
WWE is also doing the 30 days of The Undertaker on the WWE Network starting this week leading up to Survivor Series next month.
