Roman Reigns Removed From Multiple Shows This Summer

Roman Reigns could be taking some time off starting next month.

This past weekend Roman Reigns cut a promo at a live event saying it could be the last time he is in this place. It was then reported that Reigns was not going anywhere and was factored into plans for the foreseeable future. Another report came out that Reigns had signed a new deal and would be working fewer dates hence why he may never again work a live event in Trenton, New Jersey. Not it looks as if Reigns could be taking some time off this Summer.

It has been revealed that Roman Reigns has been pulled from advertising of all shows after June 19 except for Money in the Bank and SummerSlam both in July. Dave Meltzer noted on the latest Wrestling Observer Radio that it looks as if Roman could be gone for about 10 weeks this summer. It is not known why Reigns has been removed from all of these shows but one thing it does seem like is he could be doing a movie. Usually, movies shoot principal photography for 10 to 12 weeks.

Some may ask if this just has to do with Reigns’ new deal and his reduced date, but the thing that seems as if it is not part of that is that this is all live events and television tapings outside of the two July premium live event stadium shows.

If we do hear anything else on why Roman Reigns has been removed from just about all shows from late June till the end of August, we will have it here and on the PWUnlimited YouTube Channel.
