Possible Plans For John Cena At WrestleMania 40 Revealed

The leader of the Cenation may have at least a small role at WrestleMania 40.

John Cena is considered one of the biggest pro wrestling stars of all time and has shined numerous times at WrestleMania. Cena has appeared at 17 WrestleMania events having matches at all of those but one. With WrestleMania 40 coming up many have started to wonder if Cena will be included. New reports suggest he will be involved but may not be having an actual match.

According to Dave Meltzer in the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Meltzer reports that  Cena will start filming the second season of Peacemaker soon and that could hinder what he does at Mania. he said Cena’s involvement in the event will come down to Cena’s filming schedule at the beginning of April. Meltzer noted that he was told that the idea for Cena is to do something fun, short and memorable, and with substance.

Over the last 20 years, Cena has appeared at every WrestleMania event except three. Cena did not appear at WrestleMania 35, 37, and 38. His last appearance at WrestleMania came last year when challenged Austin Theory in a losing effort for the United States Championship.
