New Details On The Location For WWE SummerSlam 2024

With WrestleMania coming in just a little over a month some people are already looking towards the next big WWE event in 2024 and where it will take place. A few reports have stated that WWE could hold the event in Cleveland, Ohio. It was even revealed recently that WWE got a take break from the state of Ohio all but confirming Cleveland as the host location. With that, we now have some more info on SummerSlam potentially coming to Cleveland in 2024.
According to a new report from WrestleVotes on Twitter, they state that WWE is close to finalizing a deal that would see SummerSlam emanate from the Cleveland Browns Stadium. They also note that the announcement could come sometime in April with the show taking place on Sunday, August 3rd.
SummerSlam 2024 has been rumored for Cleveland, as @SeanRossSapp hinted months ago. Iām told that through sources, WWE is close to finalizing a deal with Cleveland Browns Stadium to host the event on Saturday, Aug 3. Formal announcement should come in April.

If SummerSlam does end up coming to us from Cleveland, this would mark the second time they host the biggest party of the summer. Cleveland hosted SummerSlam back in 1996 from the Gund Arena as the main event saw Vader challenge Shawn Michaels for the WWF Championship.
