Opening Segment Title Match Announced For Tonight’s RAW

Tonight’s RAW kicks off with an open challenge.

Tonight’s Monday Night RAW comes to us from Oklahoma City and coming out of last week’s show three matches were announced for tonight. This morning WWE announced a new match and a title match at that that will kick off tonight’s RAW on the USA Network.

WWE has announced that Damian Priest will kick off the show tonight defending the United States Championship in an open challenge. No clues or hints were given as far as who could be the challenger to the newly crowned US Champion.

Even before capturing the United States Champion from Sheamus at SummerSlam, Damian  Priest was a fighting champion waiting to be crowned. Now that he has dethroned The Celtic Warrior, he is wasting no time proving that he is ready to take on all comers!

With this match being announced for tonight’s RAW, there are now four matches set for tonight’s red branded show on the USA Network.

– United States Championship Open Challenge
– Bobby Lashley vs Sheamus
– The Miz vs John Morrison
– Eva Marie vs Doubrop
