Major Change Reportedly Coming Regard Who Will Produce NXT

More changes are coming for WWE’s third brand.

We all know that WWE is making major changes when it comes to the NXT brand. We have already seen some of the new branding with the new logo and promo video. Now it looks like who could be producing the show may be changing as well.

During Wednesday’s Wrestling Observer Live, Bryan Alvarez reported that Vince McMahon and Bruce Prichard will lead production on the newly revamped NXT when they return to live tapings. Alvarez stated,

“It’s gonna be like the old NXT. I have heard from several people now that when they go back to live shows, this is going to be a McMahon-Prichard production.”

Dave Meltzer also furthered this reporting that McMahon and Prichard will be behind all of the big decisions, not the little ones. They will be behind marketing, promotion, and direction. Their role in booking ay only be for those at the top of the card.

This is very interesting to hear and WWE President Nick Khan recently stated in an interview with BT Sport’s Ariel Helwani that yes NXT is going through some changes and Triple H and his team are all behind that.
