Kevin Sullivan, known to many as The Taskmaster, has passed away at the age of 74.

On Friday news broke by longtime friend Barry Rose that former WCW booker Kevin Sullivan had passed away. Sullivan had not been in good health.

β€œWith the heaviest of hearts, we are devastated to have to report the passing of the legendary Kevin Sullivan. May he RIP and his family, friends and fans find comfort in how much he was loved.”

It was revealed back in July that Sullivan was having health issues from an accident that occurred in May. He underwent emergency surgery to save his leg but ended up facing many complications from it and a GoFundMe was started to help with costs that was successful.

Sullivan, who is most known for his time in WCW is regarded as one of the best heels in pro wrestling history. Sullivan worked with the likes of Dusty Rhodes, Hulk Hogan, and The Road Warriors. Sullivan led the Dungeon of Doom which helped introduce The Giant to the world of pro wrestling. Sullivan was also one of the more successful bookers and creative minds behind WCW.

We hear at Pro Wrestling Unlimited would like to wish our condolences to the family, friends, and fans of Kevin Sullivan.
