John Morrison Returns To WWE Television On Smackdown

In Memphis, we saw shaman of sexy on Smackdown.

Tonight Friday Night Smackdown came to us from Memphis, Tennessee and we saw a match between The Miz and Kofi Kingston after The New Day tried to cheer up Miz and he snapped. Since his encounters with Bray Wyatt, The Miz has not been himself. He has seemed a little unstable. Tonight he challenged Kingston to a match and he got it.

The match saw the two go back and forth early on, but in the end, Kingston picked up the victory over Miz. After the match, Miz snapped and went after Kingston. Big E would then jump in the ring and a crazy Miz would run away as the crowd was chanting “you suck” at him.

A little bit later Cathy Kelly went to The Miz’s locker room to try and get a word with Miz to see how he was doing. When the locker room door opened it was not Miz who came opened it. Instead, it was his former tag team champions and one of his real-life best friends John Morrison. Morrison told Kelly that Miz was not speaking to anyone right now and went back into the room.

At this time it is unclear exactly what plans WWE has for the returning John Morrison but it does look like he is being paired up with The Miz. Maybe the two can challenge New Day for the Smackdown Tag Team Championships.
