John Cena Reportedly Wants “Substantial” Role At WrestleMania

It looks like John Cena wants just more than an appearance this year at WrestleMania.

Over the last few years John Cena has done less and less with the WWE and we haven’t even seen him on WWE television since WrestleMania back in April when he did a segment with Elias. This year a streak was broken with Cena have at least one match a year on a pay-per-view since he debuted on the main roster. Cena is rarely now talked about as far as been added to storylines but it looks like Cena wants something big this year at WrestleMania.

According to WrestleVotes on Twitter with WrestleMania taking place in Tampa this year and Cena living in Tampa, he may want something “substantial” this year and something more than a segment like last year.

Cena has not wrestled a match for the company since the January 14th edition of Monday Night RAW and like we stated he has not been on tv with the company since his “Babe Ruth” segment at WrestleMania 35.

Every month we hear of Cena getting more and more big roles in movies and on televisions so the time is running out before Cena finally says he has had his last match. He has lived in Tampa for years and with WrestleMania being in Tampa maybe John Cena wants to have one of if not his last big match on a big stage in Tampa.
