Gabe Sapolsky Released By WWE

WWE has let go another one of Triple H’s guys.

On Wednesday news came out that a number of behind-the-scenes people within the NXT Brand had been let go. The biggest names were those of Brian “Road Dogg” James and William Regal. Today, another was revealed to have been let go as well.

First reported by Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful, Sapp reported that Gabe Sapolsky had been released by the WWE. Sapolsky himself would basically confirm this news himself on Twitter saying “Looks like the end of the road.”

Sapolsky has been working for WWE since January of 2018 as a consultant. He had been working closely with Triple H in NXT since WWE acquired EVOLVE in July of 2020. Early in his career, he worked under Paul Heyman in ECW before helping create Ring Of Honor in 2002. Sapolsky would also assist in launching Dragon Gate USA in 2009 and in 2014 started EVOLVE.
