Who put together A Moment Of Bliss?

Last night, Monday Night RAW opened up with A Moment of Bliss with Alexa Bliss and Randy Orton. This was the second time Orton has done this with Bliss since Hell In A Cell. The segment saw Orton call Bliss The Fiend’s weakness and then The Fiend appeared. When he appeared Orton had Bliss in his arms and The Fiend asked for Orton to pass her to him. Orton did so and laughed as he walked up the ramp.

According to Mike Johnson of PWInsider, the opening segment from RAW was 100% all the vision of Vince McMahon. It was stated that several argued against this segment taking place. The feeling was it was a weak segment to open the show and that it needed to be overhauled.
