AEW is not moving out of Jacksonville anytime soon.

Recently it was reported that AEW was planning on moving their tapings out of Daily’s Place in Jacksonville to an undisclosed venue in Miami. That report was then reversed stating plans have changed and that they are no longer moving to Miami. Now it looks like that was never officially that plan in the first place.

According to Mike Johnson of PWInsider, Johnson reports that AEW moving their tapings out of Daily’s Place will not be happening anytime soon. They also state there was never officially a plan in place to move recently. The issue with moving to a new building during the pandemic would mean that the company would have to follow new rules and regulations for that venue and that local government. With staying in Jacksonville and basically in their building, they can continue to run their tapings how they have for almost a year now.

Regarding the Revolution pay-per-view and date of the show, Johnson states the show will now be taking place on Sunday, March 7th. The reason for moving the show from February 27th is to not have to run against the Canelo Alvarez boxing PPV taking place on the same night. This show will mark the first Sunday event for AEW in their so far young existence.

As far as Revolution goes, the first match was announced for the show. We will see TNT Champion Darby Allin team with Sting in a Street Fight against Team Taz’s Brian Cage and tricky Starks.
