BREAKING NEWS: Former Multi-Time WWE Champion To Make AEW Debut Tonight

A man who has won multiple championships in WWE will be on Dynamite tonight.

On Tuesday the AAA Tag Team Champions FTR made an open challenge for the titles. They stated they wanted to face any luchador tag team in the world, except the Lucha Brothers who they already beat. With that Tony Khan announced on Wrestling observer Live that he looked all over the world and found those opponents.

It was announced that Samuray del Sol, the former Kalisto in WWE will be making his AEW debut tonight when he teams up with Aero Star to challenge for the AAA tag Team Championships. This will be the first time both del Sol and Aero Star appear for All Elite Wrestling.

Samuray del Sol is the former Kalisto in WWE and while in WWE won multiple championships there. He is a former NXT Tag Team Champion, WWE Cruiserweight Champion, and a two-time WWE United States Champion.

Aero Star himself is a former AAA Tag Team Champion along with winning titles in other companies as well. He has won titles in IMPACT Wrestling, Chikara, and Lucha Underground.

So far four things have now been announced for tonight’s AEW Dynamite.

– TBS Title Tournament: Anna Jay vs Jamie Hayter
– Cody vs Andrade El Idolo
– Announcement on AEW World Title Eliminator Tournament Finals
