Big Return Takes Places On Smackdown
July 30, 2021Tonight on top star returned to the blue brand.
On Smackdown tonight Bianca Belair was in the ring with Kayla Braxton as Kayla mentioned how Belair had been Smackdown Women’s Champion for 110 days. This would lead to Carmella coming out and trying to get a third title shot against the champion.
Zelina Vega would also come out and demand to face Belair as well. Belair would seemingly ignore Carmela and accept to face Vega. This would then lead to both Carmella and Vega attacking the Smackdown Women’s Champion.
As the beatdown was going on, former Smackdown Women’s Champion Sasha Banks would run out to make the save.

With Banks making the save Sonya Deville made a match where Belair will team with Banks to take on Zelina Vega and Carmella.

Sasha Banks had not been seen on WWE television since the week of WrestleMania. Banks would lose the Smackdown Women’s Championship to Bianca Belair in the night one main event of WrestleMania. Also recently, Banks and Belair won an ESPY for best WWE Moment regarding their match at WrestleMania.
