WWE taking fewer men and women this time around.

This Thursday WWE is going to Saudi Arabia for WWE Super Showdown. In the past, they have done matches on the Saudi Arabia show to use any many wrestlers as possible but that is not the case this time.

After the last show in October where there were travel issues and the Smackdown roster was unable to get back in time for Smackdown, they are not risking the same issues this time. According to Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful, Sapp reports that WWE is going to take fewer roster members in case there are any issues this time around.

WWE thought better of sending the entire roster to Saudi Arabia this go around after the issues last time. Fightful Select has learned that numerous members of the SmackDown and Raw rosters are staying in the States this week.

With WWE taking less talent overseas this time, the assures that if there is another issue with travel and they do not get back in time they will still have a good roster to put on Smackdown.

This Friday’s Smackdown is already an important show as it marks the return of John Cena. It is rumored that Cena will be wrestling this year at WrestleMania and his program could be set up this week.
