AEW Reveals Taping Schedule Once Rampage Begins In August

Looks like AEW will double up cities starting in August.

It had been known for some time that AEW was getting a second show with Warner Media. It was then recently announced that this show will be called Rampage and air on Friday nights. Outside of the show taking place at 10pm ET/7pm PT, we did not know exactly how AEW would go about their taping schedule with two shows. That was until today that is.

Today AEW announced they will be returning to Pittsburgh in August and seemingly announced that they will be double-dipping cities for tapings. AEW announced they will be in Pittsburgh on Wednesday, August 11 for Dynamite, then will return to Pittsburgh that Friday, August 13th for the premiere of Rampage. It is not fully known if this will be the tapings schedule every week for AEW with Dynamite and Rampage and not just tapings them all on both days.

Since AEW will be taping on two separate days, maybe one thing we can see them do is tape Dark matches on one night and Dark Elevation on another. We know Rampage does not go on the air till 10pm yet the advertising says the show itself in the arena will start two hours prior.

AEW has not announced any other Rampage tapings so we will see if this is their plan going forward every week. If we hear anything else on AEW’s tapings schedule once Rampage begins, we will have it here and on the PWUnlimited YouTube Channel.
