A former World Champ is about to get a big push.

2024 is almost over and WWE is already working on plans for different WWE Superstars in 2025. At this time it is being reported that a former WWE Universal Champion is set for a pretty big push next year after proving themselves over the last year or so.

According to WrestleVotes, they report that Finn Balor is in line to get a “sustained singles push” in 2025. The notes how we are coming up on 10 years of Finn Balor in WWE and the report notes how sources say that Balor has solidified himself as a true locker room leader over the past year. That will lead to a singles push for Balor next year who is currently one half of the World Tag Team Champions.

Over the 10 years in WWE Finn Balor has won the United States Championship once, NXT and Intercontinental Championships twice, Tag Team Championships three times and was the first Universal Champion. Balor will be challenging Gunther at Saturday Night’s Main Event in a few weeks so we will see if that is when this singles push starts or if it is set for later down the line.
