WWE Reveals Over $14 Million Of Unrecorded Expenses By Vince McMahon

Last Friday Vince McMahon announced that he had “retired” at the age of 77 and was stepping away from WWE. That same day Stephanie McMahon and Nick Khan were named Co-CEOs of the company and while all of this was being announced, many people were asking why. Why now? Why is this going down this way and is it because something else is going to be revealed and it was.
Monday WWE revealed that due to “certain unrecorded expenses” by Vince McMahon going back to 2006. WWE states that they would restate several financial statements. The statement notes from the years of 2019, 2020, 2021, and the first quarter of 2022 will be revised as Vince McMahon is going to have to pay back $14.6 million.
Vince McMahon is currently being investigated by the WWE Board of Directors for money paid to women as hush money totally over $12 million over the last 16 years.
