WWE Quietly Drops A Tease For Injured Superstar’s Impending Return

Injuries are an unfortunate thing in pro wrestling that most wrestlers at least once in their career have to deal with. One WWE Superstar who has been out injured since last summer may have been teased for an impending return.

Kiana James has been out of action with a knee injury since last June. She was in a three-way Money in the Bank qualifying match and suffered a knee injury that needed surgery. Recent reports were that she could possibly return soon, and on Monday, WWE updated her render on their website. With WWE updating her render, that could signify that she has been around and could be getting ready to return. There would be no other reason for WWE to take new photos of her otherwise.

James is a former NXT Women’s Tag Team Champion and last year was called up to the main roster, being drafted to the RAW brand. After being called up to the main roster, she worked two matches on Main Event and two on RAW. She won the two Main Event matches, defeated Natalya on RAW, and lost in the triple threat match she was injured in.
