It looks as if AEW & WWE will be featured at WrestleKingdom.

There have been a lot of talks regarding WrestleKingdom 17 in less than a month. We know that Kenny Omega will be appearing on the show against Will Ospreay and FTR have been rumored to appear as well. Now it looks like a few WWE Superstars will also be appearing on the show as well.

According to a new report from Mike Johnson of PWInsider, Johnson does report the WWE and New Japan have come to terms on a deal that would see Karl Anderson wrestle at WrestleKingdom on January 4th. The report notes that Anderson has been figured in to plans for WrestleKingdom since well before The Good Brothers re-signed with WWE.

With the two sides coming to a deal that means New Japan will not have to change any plans they already had in place. The report states that Anderson will have a “strong role” at the show in a singles match. Anderson is slated to be on the New Japan show this Wednesday defending the NEVER Openweight Championship against Hikuelo.

If we do hear anything else on Anderson working WrestleKingdom, we will have it here and on the PWUnlimited YouTube Channel.
