WWE Considering Another Stand & Deliver Event This Year

NXT going back on the road with the main roster.

Back in April WWE brought NXT 2.0 to Dallas with Stand & Deliver and ran inside the American Airlines Center the morning of WrestleMania night one. The show itself was said to have outperformed and because of that WWE is considering doing something similar again.

According to WrestleVotes on Twitter, they report that WWE has discussed adding another Stand & Deliver event at one of the upcoming main roster stadium shows. They state that the preference would be either the UK show in Wales or SummerSlam coming up in Nashville.

WWE has discussed adding another Stand & Deliver event for one of the 3 big stadium shows happening this summer. I’ve heard the preference is UK for Clash at the Castle, but Nashville/SummerSlam seems more likely. All TBD still.

As of right now, this is something that is just being discussed and nothing is actually set in stone if this will happen for sure or not. This would be a great idea if they go with it at SummerSlam. WWE should go back to what they used to do in the past with NXT and bring them in to do a show over Royal Rumble, SummerSlam, Survivor Series, and WrestleMania weekends.
