WWE Announces Second Title Match & More For Tonight’s RAW

May 9, 2022 1 By Tim Jarrell

More has been set for RAW.

Monday Night RAW tonight is expected to have all of the fallout from last night’s WrestleMania Backlash. Earlier today it was announced that Cody Rhodes will challenge Theory for the United States Championship. Now, WWE has announced another title match and a segment for tonight’s show.

First off WWE announced that MVP will host The VIP Lounge tonight with Omos. Last night at Backlash Omos defeated Bobby Lashley with the two no one and one after Lashley won at WrestleMania.

WWE also announced that the RAW Tag Team Championships will be on the line tonight when RK-Bro defends against The Street Profits. When WWE was teasing that they were going to unify the RAW and Tag Team Championships, Street Profits did state that they were told they were going to be getting a title shot at the winning team after Backlash. The titles were not unified last night but Ford and Dawkins will still get their title shot.

So far only three things have been announced for tonight’s Monday Night RAW.

United States Championship: Theory(c) vs Cody Rhodes
RAW Tag Team Championships: RK-Bro(c) vs The Street Profits
– MVP’s VIP Lounge with Omos

If we do hear anything else for tonight’s Monday Night RAW, we will have it here and on the PWUnlimited YouTube Channel.
