WWE Announces A Rematch For Monday’s RAW

WWE Announces A Rematch For Monday’s RAW

February 7, 2021 1 By Tim Jarrell

A match we have seen more times than we can count is happening again.

Over the last six months, we have seen multiple matches between Drew McIntyre and Randy Orton. Most with the WWE Championship on the line. At Hell In A Cell, Orton defeated McIntyre to win the WWE Championship and then McIntyre quickly won it back. The last time these two battled was on the November 16th episode of RAW where McIntyre won the title back from Orton. Now the two are set to meet again.

WWE has announced that tomorrow night on RAW, the WWE Champion Drew McIntyre will go one-on-one with Randy Orton in a non-title match. The way WWE is advertising this on their website is teasing a possible involvement from Edge saying both have current issues with the Rated R Superstar.

The Viper’s past transgressions have been catching up to him in recent weeks, and the WWE Champion comes knocking again Monday night.

Drew McIntyre and Randy Orton are set to reignite their rivalry with a rematch on Raw. The Legend Killer looked to end his back-and-forth with long-time foe Edge last week, but a demonic Alexa Bliss haunted Orton and helped set The Rated-R Superstar up for the win.

The King of Claymore Country has mounting issues of his own with Edge’s open WrestleMania challenge looming over the title picture, and a crushing Brogue Kick from his old friend Sheamus cutting off a trusted ally.

What chaos will await McIntyre and Orton when they clash once again in non-title action?

So far this is the only thing that has been announced for tomorrow night Monday Night RAW. If we do hear anything else regarding the red branded show on USA< we will have it here and on the PWUnlimited YouTube Channel.
