WWE Adds New Category To The Hall Of Fame
March 28, 2025WWE is adding a match to the Hall of Fame.
Ever since the start of the WWE Hall of Fame in 1993, they have added wrestlers, managers, and celebrities to the Hall of Fame. In 2015, they started inducting people through the Warrior Award, and in 2016, they somewhat started a “Legacy” wing. Now they announced a new wing to the hall.
During the March 28th Smackdown from London WWE announced that “Immortal Moments” will be inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame. The first immortal moment being inducted will be the “Stone Cold” Steve Austin versus Bret Hart match from WrestleMania 13. It’s not known if this wing will only be for matches or if moments and segments will also be inducted in future years. WWE noted that both Austin and Hart will be on hand when the match gets immortalized.
