Wrestling Legend Tracy Smothers Passes Away At 58
October 28, 2020Another great has been lost in the world of pro wrestling.
We are sad to report the passing of Tracy Smothers who was a major impact in pro wrestling on a lot of people as both a competitor, teammate. Smothers’ career spanned 32 years wrestling for WCW, Smoky Mountain, WWF, ECW, TNA, and more. UCWPRO broke the news of Smothers passing Wednesday morning.
Back in November of 2019 Smothers announced he was battling lymphoma. Recently he was dealing with a heart issue and had hernia surgery earlier this month.
Ladies and Gentleman, it is with a heavy heart that we share the news that "The Wild-Eyed Southern Boy" "The Main Man" Tracy Smothers has passed away after his bout with cancer. Our thoughts and prayers go out to all of Tracy's family and loved ones at this time.

Tracy Smothers started wrestling in 1982 and had his last match in 2019 at the age of 57.
