π¨π½πππΌππππ πππππ¨ World Heavyweight Championship Match Officially Set For WrestleMania 40
February 24, 2024Seth Rollins has a challenger for WrestleMania.
Tonight was the Elimination Chamber event from Perth, Australia and the show itself accomplished what it set out to do, set up a number of things for WrestleMania 40 in April. In doing so one of the things it did was officially set who will battle for the World Heavyweight Championship.
We do now know, that with his win in the Men’s Elimination Chamber Match, Drew McIntyre will move on to WrestleMania 40 to challenge Seth Rollins for the World Heavyweight Championship. McIntyre defeated five other men and at one point near the end, it looked like victory was not calling his name. For a split second, there was a thought that Randy Orton could win the match as it seemed like he had McIntyre done for. That was until Logan Paul re-entered the chamber and hit him with brass knuckles knocking out the 14-time World Champion in the process. McIntyre then had enough strength to crawl on top ofΒ Orton, pick up the win, and punch his ticket to WrestleMania.
