Who Won The Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic, NXT Tag Title Match Set For TakeOver: Portland, Updated Card
January 30, 2020The 2020 Dusty Cup winners are crowned.
Tonight on NXT we had the finals of the 2020 Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic with the winner getting a shot at the NXT Tag Team Championship at Takeover in Portland. The finals came down to Matt Riddle and Pete Dunne versus James Drake and Zack Gibson.
After the two teams went back and forth for most of the match Riddle and Dunne were able to best the Grizzled Young Veterans to win the Duty Cup and a tag title shot. Now Riddle and Dunne will move onto NXT TakeOver; Portland next month to challenge Bobby Fish and Kyle O’Reilly for the NXT Tag Team Championships.
