The show was highlighted by Samoa Joe calling out Karrion Kross to open the show. All night Joe was waiting for Kross and at the end of the show, Kross appeared after attacking and laying out NXT General Manager William Regal. The sho also saw Raquel Gonzalez defend the NXT Women’s Championship against Xia Li.
