WATCH: Ava Raine(Simone Johnson) Cuts Promo At NXT 2.0 Live Event

The final girl is here.

Simone Johnson is the daughter of Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson and it was revealed that she had signed with WWE back in early 2020. We have not seen much of her since she signed with WWE outside of a few clips of her training at the WWE Performance Center. Now we have seen her appear at a few NXT 2.0 live events and last week she cut a promo in the ring.

John will be going by the name Ava Raine and in the promo, she noted how she is the WWE Superstar that the fans have been waiting for. She noted how she is not like any other girl. She is not a rich daddy’s girl, wrestling with her pillow, or walking around with a skateboard. At the end of the promo, she would go on to call herself “The Final Girl” which could be a reference to Japanese wrestling.
