Vince McMahon Reportedly Considering Interesting Name As New RAW Lead Writer
August 20, 2020WWE may be taking some of the load off Bruce Prichard.
When WWE removed Paul Heyman from his duties as creative director or lead writer of Monday Night RAW, Bruce Prichard was put in that role. Prichard was already leading the Friday Night Smackdown crew and now adding another show to his plate has been said to be a lot of work. With that, it looks like Vince McMahon is thinking of an interesting name to take over the RAW duties.
According to Alex Mcarthy, McCarthy reports that Vince McMahon is considering making Shane McMahon the new lead writer of Monday Night RAW.
I've been told Vince McMahon is considering having Shane McMahon become the new head of RAW.
It's a move that would ease the workload on Bruce Prichard and Shane has been involved behind the scenes plenty the past 12 months.

Shane McMahon has been on RAW for the last three weeks hosting the RAW Underground segments during the third hour of RAW. It has previously been reported that the RAW Underground idea was that of Shame McMahon. Now it looks like we could be getting more ideas from Shane on RAW if he is put in charge of the writing team.
If Shane McMahon is appointed as the new lead writer of Monday Night RAW, it is unclear how soon that could end up happening. Starting Shane in this new role would make sense to happen after either SummerSlam this weekend or Payback the next week as that would be a great place to reset things on RAW.
if we do hear anything further on Shane McMahon possibly being put in charge of RAW, we will have it for you here and on the PWUnlimited YouTube Channel.
