Update On Smackdown Superstar Out Injured

One Superstar is out with a legit Injury.

Last week on Smackdown we were supposed to get a match where Shotzi took on Shayna Baszler. The match itself was pulled and they did an injury angle on the show where we were supposed to think Baszler and Ronda Rousey slammed her car in a car door. It was questioned if this was a storyline or a legit injury. We did see Shotzi post a video on her Instagram wearing a cast so we assumed it was real and now we have an update on this.

According to Mike Johnson of PWInsider, Johnson does confirm that the injury to Shotzi is a legitimate injury. Hence what led to the changes to last week’s Friday Night Smackdown.

Shotzi herself did post a tweet of her x-ray and the caption “6 weeks” so it seems she is under the impression she will only be out of action for six weeks.
